Envisioned by the Founder & Chairperson Ms. Qurat ul ain Ayaz, BWDO was established in 2015, at the Head Office in Peshawar City, with the ideology, to protect, heal & strengthen. BWDO laid its foundation stone by one day workshop on Psychological Awareness in which people from different walks of life participated. In an informal meeting it was decided to launch a platform where the people of community can interact with each other and share their problems, ask questions regarding their issues. The response was so amazing and overwhelming that we decided to establish an organization with more diverse goals and for the betterment of all beings. BWDO is non-government, non-political, non-profit, non-religious, organization, registered with KPK-Government under Directorate of Social Welfare, registration act 1961 VSWA (Voluntarily Social Welfare Agency).

A healthy, just, and empowered society where all individuals regardless of gender, identity, or background live with dignity, safety, and opportunity.
